How Your Reservation Is Processed
AIR RESERVATIONS
All reservations are ticketed on the same day if they are received and paid for MON-FRI before 4 pm PST and SAT before 11 am PST (applies to credit card payments only). We may send out e-ticket receipts by e-mail or paper tickets by FedEx up to 48 hrs after ticketing. Tickets for last minute departures are always sent out within 24 hrs.
All other reservations, including hotels and tours, may take up to 48 business hours to be confirmed. Usually you will receive your confirmation within the same business day if booking by 10 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Price Guarantee
Prices on this website are guaranteed at the time of booking request and deposit / payment, and are subject to product/service availability. All published prices are daily updated and are based on the current exchange rate between your selected currency and our supplier currency.
This guarantee does not apply to any taxes, charges, or levies imposed by any airport, government or their agencies. Air transportation is also exempt from this guarantee (see Air Transportation section).
No refund will be made if any costs are reduced after your deposit has been paid.
Product/Service Change and/or Cancellation by Best Travel Store
Best Travel Store reserves the right to change or cancel your booking in accordance with its operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Should changes or cancellation prove necessary, Best Travel Store will give you notice immediately, and offer you a comparable alternative where available.
If an alternative is not available or acceptable, you will be entitled to either a full refund of monies paid by you to Best Travel Store or a transfer to another Best Travel Store service without payment of any transfer fee. If prior to your travel the change or cancellation is due to force majeure (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war, or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, adverse weather conditions, or other similar events beyond Best Travel Store’s control) Best Travel Store will give a full refund of any monies paid to Best Travel Store except for airfare* less reasonable expenses incurred by Best Travel Store in respect of your booking.
*Airfare: specific rules and regulations apply which will be displayed when purchasing each individual airfare.
Product/Service Details And Conditions
The information on the Best Travel Store website is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing, however we cannot guarantee that any item or amenity mentioned will be available, especially where Best Travel Store has no direct control over it. Best Travel Store will do its best, at its discretion, to offer accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation to give you good value for your money. Best Travel Store constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control make changes necessary, Best Travel Store and its local suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels.
Liability
As a tour operator, Best Travel Store makes arrangements with carriers, hoteliers, and other independent suppliers to provide you with the travel services you purchase. These parties are independent suppliers over whom Best Travel Store has no direct control. Best Travel Store is responsible to you for properly arranging and coordinating the travel services you purchase only. In arranging and coordinating travel services on behalf of the purchasing party, Best Travel Store is acting solely as an agent for the suppliers, and is not itself acting as a supplier. Unless caused by its own negligence, Best Travel Store is not responsible for and accepts no liability in respect of any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
- personal injury, sickness, disease, accident, or death, however caused, including without limitation, where same results from your conduct while traveling;
- loss or damage to or delay of baggage or other property;
- delays and loss due to government action, weather, mechanical breakdown, equipment failure, labor disputes, sickness, acts of war, insurrection, terrorism, or any other causes beyond Best Travel Store’s direct control;
- acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, of suppliers of services or their personnel (including, without limitation, transportation and accommodation services) or of any other person or body unless such a person or body is employed by Best Travel Store, or is an agent of Best Travel Store, and is acting within the scope of his or her authority. In no event is Best Travel Store liable for the acts or omissions of independent, third-party contractors or of its own employees or agents acting outside the scope of their duties;
- loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from any of the following:
- any matter or topic described in above sub-paragraphs 1 to 4;
- your failure to obtain the necessary documentation to travel;
- your failure to arrive on time for initial departure or for connections within the tour or to stay within or join your tour at any time after initial departure;
- your leaving the tour prior to its completion;
- the need for Best Travel Store to change itineraries or substitute accommodation or services, provided that Best Travel Store makes every effort to supply the most comparable services and accommodations available;
- cancellation of travel products/services by Best Travel Store provided that a full refund of all monies paid is made to you.
- some of Best Travel Store’s activities may be action- and adventure-orientated. Sports and similar activities inherently involve risks of injury greater than those that would be encountered if you were not participating in such, and therefore, by voluntarily taking part in any sports or other such activities, you thereby acknowledge and assume any of the risks inherent therein. In the absence of negligence on Best Travel Store's part, or on the part of Best Travel Store's agents and representatives, neither Best Travel Store, nor they, accept any responsibility for, and shall not be liable for, any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, delay or any other irregularity resulting from your participation in any of the activities made available to you.
- A change of climate, food, time and varied cultural habits often affects travelers differently. Best Travel Store therefore recommends that you consult with your doctor before traveling and make sure that you take proper medication on your trip. We do not recommend that you rely on purchasing medication while traveling. Best Travel Store is not responsible or liable for any damages resulting from your failure to confirm or ascertain health information or medical precaution, if any, for the places that you will be visiting. For general health risks information on each planned destination please visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website at http://www.cdc.gov.
Booking Your Travel Services
Full payment is required within 24 hours of final reservation confirmation.
Airline reservations are confirmed instantly (when placed in your shopping cart).
Hotel and tour reservations will usually be confirmed the same business day if your order is placed by 10 am Pacific Standard Time, or if the applicable service providers offer real time availability and booking. Orders placed later are usually confirmed the next business day. Please note that some destinations require longer confirmation periods and may take up to 72 business hours to confirm.
NOTE: ALL PRICES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL PAID IN FULL. LATE PAYMENTS MAY RESULT IN HIGHER COSTS DUE TO PRICE INCREASES.
Reservations are subject to cancellation without notice if payments are not received when due. Tickets and other documents won't be forwarded until Best Travel Store has received full payment.
Cancellations
HOTELS AND TOURS (*does not apply for AIR TRANSPORTATION):
Cancellation notices must be made in writing to Best Travel Store, Inc. Once your request has been booked and confirmed cancellation fees specific to each itinerary apply. These fees are displayed as an integral part of each purchased itinerary. Please contact our customer service if you are either unable to locate the fees or do not understand them.
Refunds: please read each itinerary carefully for those items included in the price. If you fail to utilize a trip/service or join it after its departure or leave it prior to its completion, there will be no refund for any unused or partially unused features or services, including meals, accommodations, excursions, etc. that you elect not to take. Refunds of unused air transportation are subject to carrier(s)’ tariff rules, many of which do not allow refunds.
Please note that if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of any trip/vacation insurance policy that you hold, the insurance company may subject to the terms of your insurance policy, and refund any such charges to you.
*Air transportation is subject to special and separate cancellation fees that vary with each purchased ticket. These fees are clearly displayed when purchasing each individual airfare and you hereby state that you have reviewed and agree with all such fees (if you are purchasing an airfare). Airline fees are displayed with each reservation, and they can we viewed at any time by logging into your shopping cart.)
Booking Changes
If you wish to change to an alternative departure/return date or you wish to purchase a different Best Travel Store product/service after your booking has been confirmed, you may do so subject to availability. You will be required to pay a transfer fee of US$ 25 (per person), plus any additional cost of the new product/service. If you are changing your booking within 45 days prior to date of travel, normal cancellation fees (as detailed above) shall apply unless the transfer is to an earlier departure, in which case only the transfer fee will be charged.

Air Transportation
Air transportation costs are subject to change without prior notice anytime during the booking request and purchase process. Air transportation costs are not guaranteed until the airfare has been paid in full to and ticketed by Best Travel Store. You are entitled to cancel your booking without any cancellation fees and receive a full refund of all monies paid in case of a fare increase that would precede your final payment and/or ticketing.
The passenger ticket shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and you. Schedules and seat assignments are subject to change without notice. Best Travel Store is not responsible for delays, non-operation of flights, misconnections, schedule or equipment changes for any reason, or any resulting loss of seat assignments. Best Travel Store is not responsible for boarding denial as a result of late check-in, lack of correct and valid entry documents or identification or any other reason. Any resulting delay or expenses will be your sole responsibility.
VERIFYING YOUR FLIGHT TIMES
Airlines may change flight schedules without prior notice, particularly during the high season when flights are overbooked, or when strikes or natural disasters cause delays on a larger scale. You should ALWAYS VERIFY YOUR DEPARTURE DATE AND TIME WITH THE AIRLINE at least 72 hrs before departure. If you are unable to reach the airline by phone you should at least obtain the latest flight information directly from the airline's official web site. Please note that Best Travel Store, Inc. only provides you with the tickets, and it is YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to verify and fulfill all travel requirements.
ONE-WAY AIRLINE TICKETS
Strict entry rules apply to most countries if you are a foreign national entering with a one-way ticket. You may be forbidden entry without a special visa. It is recommended that you use a round trip ticket whenever possible.
Check with the destination country’s consulate if you are unsure about visa requirements.

ROUND TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS
Round trip airline tickets must be used in both directions. Canceling or not using the outbound (first) portion of a round trip itinerary will automatically invalidate the entire ticket, and it will have no further value.
CHARGEBACK NOTICE
Disputing a credit card charge in order to avoid paying airfare, agency service fee, cancellation or change fees, or any other item you explicitly reviewed and purchased is a violation of the airline ticket agreement and general rules that are incorporated into this purchase (“Agreement”). You agree to pay a $100 chargeback processing fee if you file a chargeback in violation of the Agreement. This fee is required to cover the administrative cost of chargeback resolution through our merchant bank.
Note that you will be billed for services disclosed at the time of purchase only. All applicable costs are displayed in conjunction with your flight itinerary and are also present on the itinerary’s invoice.
Please contact us immediately by phone or email if you are unsure about any charges on your credit card. It is our duty to ensure that all charges match the total amount you authorized with your purchase. Use the contact information at the bottom of this email.

Best Travel Store must be advised of any medical conditions, or physical disability requiring special attention when you make your booking.
In some instances Best Travel Store and/or local supplier representatives may have to make decisions in the interest of your safety and well-being. You agree to comply with the authority and decisions of the appointed representative and the laws of the country in which you are traveling. If you fail to comply or if, in the Best Travel Store and/or local supplier representative’s opinion, you are not compatible with the general enjoyment and well being of other members on the tour or smooth operation of the tour itself, Best Travel Store and/or local supplier reserves the right to refuse to let you continue with the tour. In such event, you will be responsible for your own repatriation and related costs and have no claims against Best Travel Store and/or its local supplier.
It is your responsibility to have a valid passport and all visas, permits, and certificates required for your selected destination as well as any necessary vaccinations and to comply with all applicable laws.
Should you have a complaint in respect of any provided product/service, you should immediately inform the Best Travel Store and/or local supplier representative. If the matter cannot be resolved on the spot, your complaint should be made in writing to Best Travel Store as soon as is reasonably possible after returning from the trip, but within 42 days thereof, so that your complaint can be investigated. Best Travel Store will not consider any complaints made after the 42-day period.
Health
It is your responsibility to take all precautions and seek professional medical advice prior to going on any tour. For your convenience we have included basic health information for each featured destination in our online destination guides. This information is not to be considered as professional medical advice and should not be solely relied on.
The most common serious health risk when traveling in some parts of Asia and Africa is Malaria. It is essential that you mention all places you will be visiting when consulting a doctor. For some countries a valid certificate of vaccination against certain diseases may be required. Please ensure that you consult your doctor for advice. More information can be obtained from embassies and advisors of infectious diseases.
Weather Conditions
Best Travel Store cannot be held responsible for the weather conditions under any circumstances, nor can any trip be cancelled or amended by you at any time on the basis of snow or weather conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
