Airport Shuttle Service

A 6-seater MaxiCab is used for this 2-way service which goes to any hotels in Singapore and anywhere within the Central Business District, excluding Changi Village hotel and hotels on Sentosa Island. You need to make booking at the counters in the Arrival Hall and pay the fare in cash at the counter. Return journeys to the airport can be arranged at the following designated hotels.

Public Buses

Budget rides to the city and other parts of the island can be made on either the bus or SMRT (Singapore Mass Rapid Transit) services. Bus terminals are located at the basement of Terminals 1 and 2. Information on bus services is available near the bus stands. Please prepare the exact fare for buses as no change will be given. You can obtain change from the Money Changers in the Arrival Halls of both terminals.

Taxis / Cabs

You can catch a taxi to any destination at the taxi stands at the Arrival Hall. An Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) system is operational on major expressways and within the Central Business District area to ensure smooth traffic during peak hours. So you may be required to pay a surcharge if applicable.

Trains (MRT)

Budget rides to the city and other parts of the island can be made on the Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (SMRT) services. The MRT station is located in Terminal 2 and is also accessible via the Skytrain from Terminal 1. It takes about 27 minutes to reach the city. You would have to switch trains at EW4 - Tanah Merah MRT Station to get downtown.

Car Park Information

Changi Airport has 3 public car parks to meet the needs of drivers and passengers.

Car Park A

This is an open-air car park with approximately 900 car lots and 100 motorcycle lots. Located next to Terminal 1, this car park is recommended for passengers departing / arriving at Terminal 1.

Car Park B and C

These are multiple storey car parks, with approximately 2,600 car lots and 600 motorcycle lots. They are located directly next to Terminal 2 and offers quick and sheltered access to the terminal building. Recommended for passengers departing /

Electronic Parking System

Car Parks A, B and C are managed by the Electronic Parking System. Payment is at the exit of the car parks via Cashcard or Autopass Card. Please insert your card into the in-vehicle unit (left). If your vehicle does not have the unit, please insert the card into a reader on the exit station. Printed receipts are available on request. Drivers should ensure that the CashCard or Autopass Card has sufficient value before leaving the car park. Top-up terminals that accept NETS payment are available in the terminal buildings and car parks for drivers to top-up their CashCard or Autopass Card. Drivers can also approach Car Park Service Counters for assistance.

Long Term Parking

Long term parking is available at the 3 car parks. There are no designed parking lots for long term parking and drivers are free to park at any available parking lots. Drivers are advised to ensure sufficient value in the CashCard or Autopass Card before exiting the car parks. Those with insufficient value may approach any Top-Up Terminals or Car Park Service Counters.

Complimentary Pick-Up / Drop-Off

For the convenience of passengers, Car Parks A, B and C provide complimentary 10-minute parking for pick-up / drop-off. Please note that the full parking charge would apply to cars and motorcycles that stayed in the car park beyond 10 minutes. The full parking charge is calculated from the time of entry.

Singapore - Intra Terminal Transfer

Both terminals at Singapore Changi Airport are linked by a skytrain. The skytrain operates both at the transit and public areas. The skytrain operation hours are from 6 am to 1.30 am daily. The service is free and it takes approximately one minute to reach between terminals. Average waiting time for the skytrain is between 1 to 2 minutes. In the event when the skytrain is not in operation in the transit area, you are advised to use the travellators that link the two terminals inside the Departure / Transit area.

The Electronic Road Pricing system is operational if you are entering the East Coast Parkway, Pan Island Expressway, Ayer Rajah Expressway, Outer Ring Road, Dunearn Road and Central Expressway, between 7.30am to 9.30am on weekdays. ERP is also applicable when one enters the Central Business District on weekdays, from 7.30am to 7.00pm and on Saturdays, from 12pm - 8.00pm. JetQuay – The First Luxury CIP Terminal in Asia

Conveniently located next to Changi Airport’s Terminal 2, the 2,000m2 self-contained JetQuay facility will enable passengers travelling on all airlines, in any class of service, to enjoy significant time-savings and be served in the utmost privacy and comfort.

A JetQuay personal concierge will greet and escort each passenger personally upon arrival or departure and be on standby to assist with luggage check-in or retrieval and customs and security clearance at JetQuay’s dedicated customs, immigration and security counters, facilitating speedier clearance.

At the highest level of service, passengers will be transported via limousine on the tarmac between their commercial or private aircraft and the JetQuay facility.

JetQuay also offers access to exclusive amenities such as a five-star lounge with in-built tabletop PCs, ideal for passengers who wish to catch up on work. W-fi access is also available throughout the facility for easy internet connectivity.

Additionally, there is a business centre and meeting rooms as well as a transit conference room which is created specifically for passengers who wish to conduct meetings with thei local guests while at the airport.

There is also a bistro, a mini gym as well as a spa offering a menu of deluxe services. Private lounges and nap rooms as well as a range of luxury retail outlets is also available for passengers who wish to do some last minute shopping.

Using the JetQuay Facility

JetQuay offers a multi-tiered membership structure tailored to meet the varying needs of passengers. Individual, group and corporate memberships are available. Members will need to purchase points which will be progressively deducted from their account as they use particular services, with members buying more points enjoying a greater discount. JetQuay also welcomes passengers who wish to use the facility on an ad-hoc basis.
