The Airport's Ground Transportation Services Office is located at the north end of the baggage claim level (lower level) of the main terminal, across from Bag Claim #1. The office is responsible for management of the Airport's parking garages and all forms of ground transportation including taxis, shuttles and limousines. The staff are available to assist you with questions regarding all transportation related issues. However, Airport staff can not make transportation arrangements for you. Please contact your hotel, company or offsite parking lot operator for courtesy shuttle pickup. The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) provides convenient service to and from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). RTA's red line provides regular service between CLE and downtown Cleveland via the Tower City Station. The trip takes less than 30 minutes, and trains depart from CLE every fifteen minutes for the majority of the day.
RTA's station at CLE is located on the lower level of the main terminal. To reach the RTA station, travelers should use the elevators or escalators located in the center of the ticketing and baggage claim levels.
Over 36 limousine companies provide service to travelers at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. All limousine service must be arranged in advance. Any state licensed company is allowed to pick up or drop off passengers at the terminal curbside. Lorain County Transit (LCT)
Lorain County Transit (LCT) provides bus service to and from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport(CLE) to the Elyria Park and Ride station in Elyria, Ohio and Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. The LCT bus departs from the airport’s ticketing level outside the United Airlines’ ticket counter. The bus fare from CLE to Elyria or Oberlin is currently $5.00 and $3.00 to Oberlin College with student ID.

Automobile parking is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The airport's on-site garages are operated by Standard Parking. Visitors can contact Standard Parking at 1.216.267.5030.
Patrons who park on the first floor of the hourly/daily garage will be granted 30 minutes of free parking to allow them to drop off or pick up passengers. If no parking space is available on the first floor of the hourly/daily garage, visitors are advised to park in the first available space. When exiting the hourly/daily garage, please advise the booth attendant that no 30-minute spaces were available.
Automatic ticket dispensers that distribute parking garage tickets are located at the entrances of both garages. When exiting a garage, present the parking ticket to the cashier in the exit booth. Payment for parking can be made in cash, by personal check or by using a Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Diner’s Club card. Standard Parking will charge $25.00 for any returned checks.
To help visitors remember the floor on which they parked, color-coded “You Are Here” cards are displayed at the elevators on each floor of both garages. In the hourly/daily garage, the “You Are Here” cards are located on the sliding glass doors at the entrance to the speedwalk leading to the main terminal. All parking spots are marked with row numbers and visitors are advised to make a note of the row in which they parked.
Security officers patrol the garages 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. White courtesy telephones are located in the elevator lobby of floors 2 through 5 of the hourly/daily garage, in the connector bridge between the hourly/daily and long-term garages, and on levels 1 and 3 of the long term garage in the north and south elevator lobbies.
Complimentary emergency vehicle assistance is provided by Standard Parking. To obtain emergency vehicle assistance, dial 4770 on any white courtesy telephone, or dial 1.216.267.5030 from any telephone.
Smarte Cartes are located in the elevator lobby on levels 1 and 3 of the hourly/daily garage, and on level 3 inside the connector bridge adjacent to the elevator lobby in the long term garage. The charge for Smarte Cartes is $2.00 and is subject to change.
For visitors needing banking services, ATMs are located on levels 1 and 3 of the elevator lobby located between both garages and the terminal.
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) has a consolidated rental car facility located off the airport grounds. Shuttle service is available to take all rental car customers from the main terminal to the rental car facility. Shuttles are located on the lower roadway island and can be accessed by exiting from Door #5 on the baggage claim level of the main terminal. For travelers needing assistance, a telephone center with rental car information is located near the door.
The shuttle bus ride from the terminal to the rental car facility takes approximately 5 to 7 minutes. The shuttle busses run continuously from 5:00 a.m. until 12:30 a.m. (EST), seven days per week, 365 days per year.
The Airport Information Desk is open seven days a week to assist passengers with questions, comments or concerns. It is located on the ticketing level of the main terminal between the Southwest Airlines ticket counter and Security Checkpoint B.
The CLE Customer Service Office is located on the baggage claim level of the main terminal and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST).
Airport Ambassadors are located throughout the airport and are available to assist passengers in navigating the airport, provide information and directions to local venues, and to assist delegates and groups attending functions in Cleveland. The Airport Ambassadors can be identified by their smiling faces, helpful attitudes and the gold blazers they wear.
Convention and Visitors Bureau Information
The Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland maintains an information and visitors booth on the baggage claim level at the airport. The booth is located in the center of the baggage claim level. It is normally staffed by representatives of the Convention and Visitors Bureau or the Airport’s Ambassadors, Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST), seven days a week. Brochures about local area lodging, transportation, restaurants and area attractions are on display and available 24 hours per day.

Ticketed passengers can exchange currency at the Airport Business Center, which is located across from the main food court and next to the chapel in the terminal building.

Chose from national brands like Johnston & Murphy and Lids, or pick up a snack at one of the many gift and news shops throughout the airport, including Via News and Cleveland Gourmet.

There is a Chartway Credit Union office and ATM located on the south end of the baggage claim level. The credit union office is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST). The credit union may be contacted at 1.216.898.9880. The Chartway ATM is available 24 hours per day. Both the credit union and the ATM are operated by Continental Airlines.
Interfaith Chapel:
An interfaith chapel is located at the airport beyond the Concourse B security checkpoint (across from the food court). The chapel is open seven days per week from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (EST). The chapel may be contacted by telephone at 1.216.433.0411.
The chapel welcomes people of all beliefs. A Catholic mass is conducted every Saturday at 4:00 p.m. (EST) and every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. (EST). A non-denominational service is performed in the absence of a priest.
Members of all faiths are encouraged to visit the chapel for a few moments of quiet meditation or reflection.
Medical Care:
Medical Emergencies
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is staffed with highly trained and fully equipped emergency personnel. The airport's certified firefighters and paramedics are available to respond to any emergency, twenty-four hours per day, and can provide emergency care with advanced life support equipment.
AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators)
CLE has equipped the terminal and all concourses with life-saving portable heart defibrillators. The easy-to-use defibrillators are strategically placed throughout the airport and offer quick access in the event of a heart attack.
Airport Police:
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is patrolled by the Airport Unit of the Cleveland Police Department. These highly trained officers are permanently assigned to the airport. Their offices are located in the center of the baggage claim level next to the USO Office. They provide a wide range of law enforcement duties and responsibilities including patrol, investigation, traffic flow and control and response to airport emergencies.
The Airport Unit of the Cleveland Police Department may be contacted from anywhere in the terminal or the parking garage by dialing 6055 on any white courtesy telephone. They may be contacted from any telephone by dialing 1.216.265.6055.
Smoking Areas:
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is a "smoke free" environment. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the terminal. Designated smoking areas are marked outside of the main terminal on the ticketing level.
United States Postal Service Mail Boxes and Postage Stamps:

There are two U. S. Postal Service mail boxes at the airport, both in non-secure areas of the main terminal. One mail box is located in front of Security Checkpoint B, and one is located in front of the Security Checkpoint C. The United States Postal Service makes pick ups at 2:45 p.m. (EST) Monday through Saturday. There is no mail service on Sunday.
Postage Stamps
United States postage stamps are available for purchase from a self-service stamp machine located in the PlazaShops area across from the Simply Books store, and at any of the USBank ATMs located throughout the terminal.
USO Facilities:
The newly-renovated lounge at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) has been renamed in honor of Bob Hope. Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Hope tirelessly entertained U.S. troops under the USO banner for decades.
The lounge, located on the airport's baggage claim level and open daily from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. (EST), provides a place to grab a snack, e-mail a loved one, shoot a game of pool, or just get away from the stress and noise of the busy airport.

Automobile parking for persons with disabilities is available in both on-airport garages. Designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities are located on each level of the hourly/daily garage, and on the first floor of the long term garage, between the elevator and stairway. Both garages are connected to the terminal by an enclosed connector with a moving walkway.
CLE is equipped with:

Family restrooms are located in the center of the baggage claim level of the main terminal, next to the USO Office, and on the south end of the baggage claim level. One additional family restroom is located on Concourse A, just beyond the A checkpoint screening area. Family restrooms are large enough to accommodate two or more individuals, and are wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.
Electric cart service runs continuously on Concourses C and D
Travelers who wish to have wheelchair service made available to them while in the terminal should contact their selected airline for assistance.
Traveler’s Aid/Escorts:
Ticketed passengers who require wheelchair or escort assistance at the airport should contact the airline with whom they are traveling. Airlines can provide wheelchair assistance and escorts to any passengers who request such aid.
Ticketed passengers can navigate through Concourse C by taking one of the many electric carts that provide regular service from the security checkpoint to and from all gates. The carts also provide service from Concourse C through to the tunnel leading to Concourse D, as well as on Concourse D itself.
The Sheraton Airport Hotel is located on the Airport grounds and offers free shuttle service from the hotel to the Terminal. The Sheraton Hotel shuttle is located on the lower roadway island off the baggage claim level of the Terminal.
There are numerous other hotels, motels and inns located in the greater Cleveland area and many offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Courtesy shuttles are located on the lower roadway island and can be reached from the baggage claim level outside Door #'s 2 through 5. Hotel courtesy phones are also available on the baggage claim level at the Traveler's Information Center boards. The Traveler's Information Center boards are located at the north end of baggage claim near exit Door #2 and at the south end of baggage claim across from the Concourse C escalator between exit Door #'s 5 and 6 and Concourse A escalator between exit Door #'s 2 and 3.
