John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice is located to the west of Kraków, at a distance of 11 km from the city centre. The airport can be reached from the centre of Kraków by four different roads; the airport possesses as well its own exit ramp from the A4 motorway.
Individual passenger transport on a round-the-clock basis is offered by Radio Taxi 9191 - the official partner of the John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice.
The extension and the modernisation of the existing parking lot were completed in mid-2000. Located opposite the passenger terminal, the parking lot can accommodate 600 vehicles, including 15 places for buses.

Lost Luggage Office is located in the public part next to the exit from the domestic and international arrival lounge.
This well-equipped room is available 24 hours a day free of charge and is located at the mezzanine in the public part of the passenger terminal.
FIRST AID
This facility offers all necessary dressings, bandages and other first aid materials needed in emergency. It is located in the public part of the passenger terminal.
CHAPEL
The chapel is available to all visitors at Kraków airport during its opening hours. The mass are held on Sundays at 10.00.
