Auckland Airport has wireless hotspots at various locations in the international and domestic terminals. By using our wireless network you can email, surf the web or access your company's intranet easily using a handheld computer or laptop.

Using the internet
If you have a wireless compatible handheld computer or laptop you can connect to the internet now. Most computers have a built-in WLAN card, but if yours hasn't they can be purchased from computer retail outlets.
Then all you have to do is open your web browser, i.e. Netscape or Internet Explorer and follow the on-screen instructions? This service is compatible with both PC and Mac computers.

Airside (passenger only area).

Air New Zealand domestic terminal

How to connect
Select the "Airport_Hotspot" and connect. Open the web browser and enter the address of your choice Follow the instructions from the displayed page.
Problems connecting?
If your laptop cannot see "Airport Hotspot", do the following:
Ensure your Wi-Fi is enabled and card is inserted correctly Try moving to another area of coverage Reboot your computer
If your laptop can see "Airport_Hotspot" but will not connect, do the following:
Ensure encryption is disabled DHCP is enabled Browser proxy is disabled

Payment options
